We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, our hassle-free 3-day return policy has you covered.

3-Day Return Window

You have exactly 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Returns requested after this 72-hour period will unfortunately not be accepted.

How to process a return?

Request

Log into your account, go to My Orders, and initiate a return within 3 days of delivery.

Pack

Keep items unused with original tags intact. Pack them securely in the original packaging.

Pickup & Refund

Our courier partner will pick it up. Once verified, your refund is processed in 5-7 days.

Return Requirements

  • Requested within exactly 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and completely undamaged.
  • All original brand tags, labels, and hygiene seals must be attached.
  • Must be returned in the original premium packaging box.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items requested for return after the 3-day window.
  • Innerwear, swimwear, and customized/personalized products.
  • Products purchased during Clearance or Flash Sales.
  • Items showing signs of wear, perfume, or makeup stains.

Refund Processing

Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of quality check approval. It may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
